The Bayou Oyster Initial Necklace was the first piece I designed for Katie Scarlet, and it will always be especially meaningful to me. I was born and raised in St. Bernard Parish, where oysters are more than just part of the coastline, they are part of our culture, our food, and the way so many families make a living.
